Three ways
to engage.
One starting point.
Every engagement starts with a discovery call. No charge. No pitch deck. A conversation about where you are and whether there is a fit. From there, the scope depends entirely on your context.

AI Readiness Assessment
Most organisations know they need to do something with AI. Very few have a clear picture of where it creates genuine value and where it creates expensive distraction. The Readiness Assessment answers that question with the specificity required to act on it.
Over three weeks, we map your current state, identify the highest-value AI opportunities in your specific context, and surface the organisational constraints that would prevent you from capturing them. The output is a findings readout your leadership team can act on the same week, not a research report, a decision document.
This engagement stands alone. There is no expectation of further work. If the findings point toward a larger programme and you want to continue, we scope that separately. If they do not, you have paid for clarity, which is worth the fee regardless.
What you receive
- Stakeholder interviews and current-state audit
- AI opportunity map ranked by value and feasibility
- Organisational readiness assessment
- Risk and constraint analysis
- Findings readout presentation to leadership
- Written findings document with recommended next steps
Right for you if
You have heard enough about what AI could do for your business and want someone to tell you specifically what it could do for yours. Or you have already made some AI investments and are not sure they are in the right places.
AI Change Programme
The full engagement. Discover, diagnose, design, deliver. We build the strategy, the business case, and the 90-day roadmap together. Then we stay in the room long enough to make sure it actually happens.
Most AI change programmes fail not because the strategy is wrong but because the transition from strategy to execution is poorly managed. The programme is designed around that gap: the deliverables at the end are not documents, they are capabilities your team can own and continue without ongoing consulting dependency.
You deal with one person throughout. No account managers. No junior analysts doing the work while the senior partner presents. The work is done by the person who scoped it.
Four phases · Clear outputs at each
- Discover: stakeholder interviews, current-state audit, scoping memo
- Diagnose: root-cause analysis, opportunity sizing, findings readout
- Design: strategic options, recommended model, business case, 90-day roadmap
- Deliver: change management playbook, implementation support, capability transfer
Right for you if
You have a clear sense that AI-driven change needs to happen in your organisation and you want someone to help you do it properly: with a strategy grounded in your actual context, a roadmap your team can execute, and the support to make the first steps happen.
Fractional Change Lead
Senior advisory for organisations that need experienced judgement in the room on an ongoing basis but are not ready for a full programme. For organisations managing AI adoption as a continuous process rather than a discrete project.
The retainer provides a consistent point of contact for questions, decisions, and escalations as they arise, the kind of access that prevents small problems from becoming expensive ones. It also provides a structured monthly review of what is working, what is not, and what needs to change.
Particularly suited to regulated or compliance-sensitive environments where the stakes of an AI misstep are amplified by regulatory risk. Ryan's background in TGA-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing means he understands the specific texture of this challenge in a way that most AI consultants do not.
What's included monthly
- Monthly strategy review session (2-3 hours)
- Async advisory access for decisions and escalations
- AI governance and risk review
- Implementation progress assessment
- Quarterly written summary and recommendations
Right for you if
You are in the middle of an AI adoption process and need a steady senior voice as things evolve. Or you operate in a regulated environment and want someone who understands compliance risk watching the AI work alongside the operations team.
Before we talk.
Do you work outside Brisbane?
Yes. Most client work involves a mix of remote and in-person sessions. For engagements requiring regular on-site presence, travel is scoped and costed as part of the project.
How long does a typical engagement take to start?
Discovery call to signed scoping memo is typically 1-2 weeks. The engagement itself starts within a week of the memo being signed, subject to scheduling.
Do you work with organisations that haven't started with AI yet?
Yes, and this is often the best time to engage. An AI Readiness Assessment before any significant investment means that when you do move, you move in the right direction.
Can the Assessment lead into the full Programme?
Yes, and it frequently does. The Assessment findings often clarify the scope and focus of a larger programme, which means the Programme itself is more efficiently structured.
Start with discovery.
