Disclosure to third parties
We may disclose personal information to service providers and advisers who help us operate the website and business. Some providers may store or access information outside Australia, including in the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Singapore, or other locations where those providers operate.
Website analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate website activity, such as page views, referral sources, approximate location, device type, and engagement. Contxtyfy uses this information to improve the site and understand which content is useful to visitors.
Google Analytics is configured with Google Consent Mode. Analytics storage and Google advertising consent signals are denied by default. If you choose “Accept all” in the cookie banner, those consent signals are granted. If you decline, they remain denied.
Cookies and local storage
The site stores your cookie preference in your browser using local storage under contxtyfy_cookie_consent. This keeps the banner from appearing on every page. Google services may set or access storage only after you accept all.
You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. You can also clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings.
Advertising cookies
Google advertising storage, ad user data, and ad personalisation are denied by default and are only granted if you choose “Accept all” in the cookie banner.
Third-party services
The site may link to or embed third-party services, including Google Analytics, Calendly, Formspree, LinkedIn, and Vercel. Those services may process information under their own privacy policies.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system is perfectly secure, so information sent to or from this site is transmitted at your own risk.
Your rights and choices
You may contact us to request access to personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, request that we stop using your information for direct marketing, or make a privacy complaint. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
If you make a privacy complaint, please include enough detail for us to understand the issue. We will investigate and respond in writing where appropriate.
